The new account system.

After seeing many pancake about this I was happy I didnt have to do anything with it, but then I had to get a new CC, and therefore it wasnt on automatic anymore and I had to make accounts ect. ect.

And I can say after playing with it for 5 hours I want to torture someone in EA to tell me how to get it to work.

Anyone feels me?

So were you having issues with it or was it because it's new and takes a bit to get used to it?

I also was one of the lucky ones. I didn't have any issues with moving my UO accounts to the EA master account. I personally have no issues with the new account system other then the lack of detail on how many months each account has.

Im having issues with it, I made ea account that I had to link with Mythic account, but the mythic account doesnt recognize the password i used for the ea account

your mythic account should be your regular game account with _uo tagged on the end and the password should be your normal game password.

Yep,
I made mollys account accessable with her mythic account, but cant do it with my own!

Just tried again and still being frusfrated still saying incorrect password...
And to scared to call support to get some indian guy that I cant understand

I have called UO support several times in the last month for different things. mainly Account consolidations. I just got off the phone with them this morning, in fact. At no time was I on hold longer then 5-10 minutes. Everyone I spoke with could speak english quite nicely. Every single issue was taking care of without any problems.


Although I know what ya mean about crappy support, it's happened to me on several occations in this game and other RL situations. My advice, give it a shot before assuming the worst. You may be suprised.

I think he means dont turn in the stuff for points. You may want to make sure you even need points. I know I turned in a bunch of stuff that I wish I hadnt now. I have 2 of everything (other then the stupid dyes) and still have 1 mil points to spend.

My uo account is now nearly connected to mythic account and I need to LINK them, but the password I used so I could LINK them doesnt work. Tried looking for support via FAQ and troubleshooting. nothing about this.

Even if I could get them to resend to email it would be great.

I had some account issues, and UO support told me to call in. The helpdesk person was American, and was very helpful and determined; we were on the phone for close to 45 minutes.
