[Meditation] The MR Property and Meditation

Recently, I kept seeing people refer to MR changing a few months ago. Soemthing about MR depending on you having the Meditation skill to function correctly. Is this true? What are the details? I'm Lost!

MR on items has diminishing results. There is now NO CAPP but the diminished returns is added in a percentage based on your mana related skills. If anyone has the hard numbers Id love to have them.

If you have 0 med and 0 focus the diminished return would be about 5 MR an a suit with 22(originaly capped at 12) and a med/focus 120/120 would get the benefit of all 22 MR points (dont think you can get higher without a rare sash)
