On Thursday evening we had a quaint Governors meeting with only two governors present.
The king did apologize for his long absence due to his exhausting search for ingredients to form a cure for this disease killing our trees. The king is asking for all our cities to check our forests and report anything odd with our trees.
The king was also attacked outside the bridge by a thug an a couple of his cohorts. We were able to dispense a couple of the thugs but the leader of the group, Mailus is his name, disappeared. Unfortunately both thugs were killed so we were unable to question them. When the king was attacked this Mailus thug muttered something about the king so I believe a new kings guard needs to be put in place and to keep our eyes opened for further appearances from Mailus ( he is red so its not to hard to discern him from any other common thug)
