The Full Story of Flair

Flair, 36 years old is also a news reporter for Ultima online on the fansite for Stratics. Flair came to Siege Perilous to play with her friends, Kelmo, Luka, Tia, Shamus, and Tazar. When Flair first came to Siege, Kelmo chased her all the way around Tazar's house killing her to welcome her to Siege. Thus her guild title, ''Kelmo's chew toy.'' Flair finds Siege Appealing because quote: ''If you get mad at someone you can kill them.'' She enjoys the challenge of playing here. She was introduced to Ultima Online by a friend's husband. They played on Alantic in a big role playing guild. Although she still plays Alantic, She fell in love with News reporting by being able to get the word and writing stories about what was in game. Flair has a red character too. She says, ''Someone had to stand up for the blues. So I have a good side and a bad side.'' Flair's happiest day on Siege was the day she tamed her first greater dragon. As for what she does in her free time, In real life she throws tennis balls to her dog named, Runt and reading books. As for Ultima online she likes to spend her time quiet farming in various places. To come to a conclusion, Flair thinks if anyone is looking for something different they should come to Siege.

Actually... That was at Tia and Shamus' Wedding.

The next day we went to the Scarborough Faire Renfest in Waxahachie Texas (South of Dallas a ways).

I have heard that is one of the more popular faires, We use to visit the Kentucky and Ohio Faire- however it's been a few years...
they are pretty fun and i like the real jousting (when the have it), but i've always wondered why they don't do night time festivals...

thats funny, there always appears to be alot of "day walkers" at these Faire's. What made me think of it was the first year i went i dressed out. A friend of mine worked for one of the vendors and we stayed over night since it was a better ideal then driving back drunk. All day long in the hot sun wearing Wool .... and drinking heavily starting at 6 am..... one tends to get a little hot. however at nights we would have the faire grounds emptied and we would party pretty hard but not get so hot. The faire grounds look pretty cool at night lite up with just a few small fires. I could only imagine how fun it would be if it was a little more professionally done. I heard rumor that the Kentucky faire was planning something like this but something with the insurance company and the churches in the area worried about trouble...

Insurance. Liability due to Lack of Lighting (Trip hazards, assault/theft). Expense to run conduit/lighting throughout and then maintaining the systems, etc to reduce the insurance concerns/cost and then you still have electrical hazards running around creating fire/shock risks.

I'd bet it it a simple cost/benefit factor.
