Iam in the process of redecorating my shack and had 1040 of those locked down. Yesterday i wanted to enhance those bandaids but had no luck. Funny you mention those bandaids a day after i got curious about those bandaids myself.

Kill the sheep before you sheer it? But one should mention when you spin the wool it takes twice as much so you really aren't getting ahead...in fact it takes longer since you have to spin twice as many pieces. [or triple on a normal shard]

Answer:.....werent any! When UO was released, 23 Sept, 1997, it was released with THREE servers, NO shards.
You simply logged in.
It was quickly over burdened tho, and it was like 3 months before they DID add "shards", and I believe it was 12, tho not positive on that.
