After many people wishing me to take a more active roll on the server and the returned support of my most loyal followers in the empire whom have appeared and begged me to form a new Empire on Sonoma...I drank...er thought long and hard about it.... If the people support my glorious return as their King, then I shall do my best and commit the time in forming a new and ACTIVE Zog empire in the here and no...

I will have to make a few changes on how I rule, due to the fact that many people are sensitive and need people like me to hold their hands all the way through...so I am not yet sure if I will form an old style Zog guild or a new guild that catters to the needs of nub jobs.

Most know me by now on this server..and you know I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to ignorance and or friendship of enemies....one thing that has always made me vomit in rage would have to be how willing people are to make friends with the enemy...

Although I shall always be a Tyrant and Warmonger at heart..perhaps it is time I explored the realm of PVM and mass nub recruitment on Sonoma... I have done this in the past with my former guild HRE under the Alias, Emperor Val of HRE...but...perhaps it is time I adapted to the whims of the weak and worthless...maybe forge some core ideals of Zoggism and get a new generation of soldiers fighting the good fight again?


In the old days I would not be explaining my plans on a public form..but this is the way things are BLOWING...no pun intended...well maybe... so I shall be a forgiving and gentle leader to those whom seek the wisdom and grace of this new Zog Empire.

We will not be recruiting new blood til I convince old hard liner Zogs to see the light..for I cannot train or lead this guild alone anymore due to the restraints of RL and my very active social life.

I shall once more call on the old Zog loyalist core to adapt and lead the future of Zog on Sonoma into a new glorious future..

here is my plan for this undertaking:

*NO MORE WARS....for now..

*Weekly PVP tourny's with rewards for victors (I still hold Zog values at heart)

* PV..ugh..Ming...and the recruitment and training of new blood in the Sonomian Empire

*No PAS!

It will be a long hard road to convince a new 2010 generation of people into our fold..but I feel like most people have only known us from what other people have said to them about us... be it New player killing, Massive warfare, or basic virtual genocide... so, with all that jazz said..I pledge to you Sonoma...2010 shall be the new foundation of Zog and a new era of Peace! The current leaders of Zog have only known warfare for many many years...they will adapt as I have by force and those whom survive my latest purge shall usher in a new era of victory for the guild.

I can not wait to start recruiting new blood into this very ancient guild..be it from Sonoma or other shards.

Well speaking to the local public in game, they will refuse to help me let alone treat me as a basic human being..so I shall recruit on servers that have never heard of Zog! So if you see a new Zog Tokyo Division marching around Sonoma...ya know where they from. lol


Well...it could work!! we once had an entire company 20 ppl of Lithuanians in Zog...I miss those guys, they knew how not to talk back and fight!

Zog will be comprised of 10 or 20 active Zogs depending on what I can muster up within the weeks. and we will be going SL.

I will not however accept flavor of the month pvpers ((NOT TO NAME ANY GUILDS THAT DO ACCEPT THEM...hehe..we all know what I mean though and who I am talking about))

Only people of noted value who can pvp solo and in teams will be joining the 14th Era of Zoggism!...and might I say, the BEST era? We shall see my comrades!

The terror tactics of the past will be washed away and there will be no more targeting of non-pvp chars. The new ZOG will be set up like this:

1. Log in
2. pvp
3. have fun.


If we get an active following later on, I shall start throwing some events with rewards and various shiney things people like...course I am an isolationist and this will just be a guild only event.

Anyway, this week and next I shall be contacting various people to see if they want to join the only guild who does not sell out to the whims of what is popular then flip flop when something else comes along..we are the most loyal guild in the history of Sonoma and perhaps all of UO! Our only goal is to have fun and force people to follow our insane laws...sadly we can no longer enforce the last part due to massive game updates and changes... so JUST HAVE FUN!

I promise you Sonoma, I am reformed...However I am aware that from 1999 to about 2008, VARIOUS guilds have waged a propaganda war against my honest and pure name, as well as my guilds name... let me just be the first to say, If some things happened in the past, its only goal(s) were to help fight the Zog War effort and not for personal gains.

And yes, I may have "relocated" a few generations of New players from Sonoma...so I am told... but hey, we all make mistakes right? only human? WRONG! I never make mistakes! everything I do is PURE AS AZTEC GOLD! So rest easy my comrades and fellow Sonomians, everything I do (sober) on this game, is for the betterment of Sonoma!

I was indeed 1 hit killed, I don't know if my computer was glitching out because UO graphics have been glitching out on my PC since I have been back..so maybe that was it... I was however attacked by like 5 people when I died but I only saw one dismounted stealth archer and I was chasing some noob who was redlined named Farimier or something...I would have killed him then all of a sudden I was dead...but I plan on buying a new PC in a week after I finish up my work this week. MY current pc is very very old.

But I am not the kind of person who cries when he dies, so lets not start a flame war on my thread.

1. Gather up trammies for this so-called war.
2. Join SL or some other faction.
3. Die alot like usual and then quit faction within a week of starting.
4. Go back to doing nothing.

Well it all depends on the support I get...if I get none early on then I wont even attempt to waste my time on a dead game. I may not be a good pvper anymore due to the game changing pvp and the rules each patch, but when I upgrade my ****, I will burn Sonoma once more and all my former enemies shall be nailed back upon the cross as I look up throwing garbage on them as it was and as it should always be.

When Zog left it seems the game went to hell really fast..all of a sudden the server was populated by loud mouth children (most late 40s) The former punching bags united and formed alliances and flavor of the month guilds... then FL came and taught Sonoma how to H$#k...overnight everyone could run from brit to vesper in 2.5 seconds lol.

Having not really pvped for almost 3 years due to not giving a damn because there was a big gap on Sonoma from 05 to 08 for pvping..it will be a wake up call when I start adapting my char or make a new one for modern Bullsh$t pvp.


I can't really type how I want on stratics due to fascism on a epic scale, but I just hope the smart people can read between the lines...I already know 90% of Sonoma can't, and I don't want you in my guild(s). Guilds that mass recruit are weak and will always be torn apart as history has shown.

Funny how 90% of Scam quit and joined Waka or Cop kekekeke same old story, next month everyone will join MOO or E^E if they reform...or some other no talent zerg guild... perhaps Sonoma should just ally and get it over with...just my opinion, I hate hypocrite pvpers.

Ya know, I've been around Sonoma since Nov 1997 when it first became a shard only available to people in the region... I've pvp'd since Nov 1997 as well... I've fought every guild imaginable... the list starts with the trio of Mario, Wario, & Luigi to upstarts like D@D... And along the way the likes of RAID, LoS, OCT, DOM, OGD, -F-, 408/409, CH, ELM, M, /R/, /E/, UGK, PkP, C*D, ^*^, SAS, FoH, COP, EFL, 3F, FL, E^E, MOO, Fel, IFC, SCAM, TBA, S1N, KOS, FOO, SoN, and the list goes on and on... However Zogs really does not ring a bell... Those guilds I've mentioned will forever be linked to pvp on Sonoma and they fought everywhere... I'm not saying u didn't pvp Thrax, I'm juss saying it wasn't significant enough to stay in a 12 year pvper on Sonoma...

With all that being said, i THINK u'd get much much more respect and a better following if u would tell the truth... There was no Zog domination ever... Speak the truth and don't fill new recruits with utter nonsense that they will find out somewhere down the road just isn't truth... You will find that people will like u enough to actually want to follow u if ur honest from the beginning... I really hope u or anyone else does not take this the wrong way... Not meant as a flame either...

ZOG was a war guild around mid to late 1998, we were just a social club in 97 on various servers. Early Sonoma I was the leader of a guild called HRE and COB, also I played my chars in BLD and SAS..and some other guilds but their names escape me. Most players on UO now days could careless about that time and the history of various guilds..but they all know the name ZOG and Thraximus and forever they will on Sonoma and other servers.

Zog declined on Sonoma when we left for other games to try them out.. when we came back after AOS 90% of my guild did not return so I was left to use old vets of various wars but we still had fun...my guild ZOG kept a steady decline until it was now on Sonoma.

Any ex-Zog will tell you that they had fun in my guild and our old wars were some of the best pvp they have ever played. These are just what people tell me. I play this game to have fun and to make fun for those who follow me..that is all I care about. It may seem that I am really hated..and I am trust me lol but many people like what I do and how I play the game. ZOG and myself just has zero manpower at the moment. Give me an army and the tune would change like it always does.

I bring an old RP value mixed in with warfare and loyalty.. People always kick you when you are down, but when you are on top they all want to join you and follow you blindly...much like the current pvp guilds today.

I have not been a good pvper since Samuri Empires, and by that time I really didn't care 2 much. When I get home I will make an effort to throw something together and update my template..ill take it from there and see what happens.

I recall ZOG/Thrax from way back but, I always thought it was a guild based on trolling other role playing guilds. He would throw out events and threats on forums but I don't think I've ever come across him in game. Can't recall him being in SAS or BLD.

I played Lord Sir Rod, Tanis Half-Elven, Trinity, Falcon, Riverwind, Flint Fireforge has been my crafter since the beginning of UO... Guilds I was in were LoS/OCT, UGK, ELM, and PkP... Some of the guys from UGK and ELM went into PkP... But LoS and PkP were the main guilds I was in...
