With all the bad publicity GM's get these days, I just gotta post my encounter with GM Akemai.
I am the proud owner of the tram SW-4 plot on Catskills, the one that seems to be bugged on a lot of shards. I could not for the life of me place a 15x15. So I half halfheartedly page a GM, expecting the ever so familiar link to the house placement FAQ..
Well I must admit I was a little startled when 15 minutes later I get the red GM chat log on my screen. He greeted me and asked for my patience while he investigated. He then took ownership on the house and made it a full 15x15. Then we ran into a small hiccup. When he went to give me the house back I was still on a placement timer lol.
He was a bit upset and acknowledge it was a big problem. he offered to hold the house for me until my timer was up in a week. I asked if he could drop it and allow me to try to place it since the timer doesn't always apply to placement, only trading. He agreed and said he would stand guard for me. After he said "GO!" his plot dropped and again I was unable to place a 15x15. So I stuck down a small spot to grab the spot back at least since a person ran up to where we were.
The moment my plot placed I see him type above his head " WARNING! Do not place at this location or it will be deleted!!" Then he noticed it was me who placed and turned towards me and said "Well except for you, because we are friends!"
Needless to say my issue cannot be fixed until my timer is up, and he told me to send a new page in a week and he will come back to help. But I was very impressed with the effort he put in to it, and the humor he included with it also.
So Kudos to GM Akemai =)

Thats awesome and glad you had a positive experiance.. Its been years since I had anything remotely like that. Years ago I dropped a pair of double blessed black sandals and they somehow went through the floor.. Needless to say I was freaking out.. Paged a gm.. 10mins later poof they reappear in my backpack w/ a note to be more careful next time.. Needless to say in my joy I sent a replay back that I loved them saving my precious sandals.. Needless to say a min later I got a message back saying they loved me too..
