Yeah, they are the reward for the Ritual quest chain in Ter Mur. Given out by Prugyilonus the Advisor to the Queen. You can find him close to the Queen. I don't know if it's still active or not.

Long difficult quest tho.

It is still active but you won't be able to do complete it till the publish goes live due to the Dreamserpent bug (which is fixed in the publish).

Still can't argue with you there. Still say the perfect time was in 05. After all that was the year they had one globe less than the other years.
