If I added the numbers correctly, that's 760 skill points and do-able with + skill items. As far as being viable, that is up to you, your suit, and ingenuity.

Um could you clarify what chivery is and is it a good skill?
I currently have chivalry. WAIT! Did they finally introduce Shiv's into Ultima and just put there own spelling on it.
