Even if they wanted to fix this I doubt it would be possible by any reasonable means. Teleport already has lots of line of sight issues. You might as well as remove the spell at that point because at least half the time it will say "That Target Cannot Be Seen".

They have never even fixed that area at the bottom of Deciet. The Lich Lord room up on the ledge.
