tele tiles from idoc

Hello everyone

I picked up two teleportation tiles from Ariana's castle. One is a vet reward tile, the other one a rechargeable tile.

Has anyone who looted Falon's Makoto house picked up a tele tile that might belong to these?

Or does anyone have an idea where they lead to?
