TC1 question

When you type in help commands, the scroll comes up saying what you can say to set skills & get items, and down the bottom is says
"Speak 9ac to entitle account"
Does anyone know what thats about?

entitlement to 9th anniversary stuff..... I think what it means is that if the account is already upgraded and has access to 9th anni then speaking that will give the same entitlement on test
