You need a minimum 101.1 to even own. With 105 taming/105 lore, you should be able to control it 99%.

Well, 99% control chance is max for the higher level creatures. With 110 taming and 110 lore, you should be able to reliably control any pet, including dreads and fire steeds. Definitely enough for cus and greaters.

I still somtimes get 3 refusals in a row on my dread mare/cu/GD with 120 X3 it's rare but it will happen at the worst time.
However for the most part I usually only only have them refuse every 15-30 minutes; and no it's not a loyalty issue I keep them well fed.

Really? I play production, but I have four tamers with 110/110 and control all of my pets 99%.

Perhaps there's a difference on Siege re: pet difficulty?

because dragons is stuuuu pid.

seriously . something must be broken in the pet artificial intelligence . (has been for years.)

how many times have you wanted to e bolt the butt-munch in the back of the head ?
ohhhh i've done it ... a few times (you gotta be quick but its most satisfying)

bad dragon ! :twak:

ive been 3x120 (or whatever max was at the time) on a few shards now . its the same all over . throughout out my whole taming life on uo (nearly 12 years now) these dragons have never ceased to amaze me how often they disobey .

"oh look at all these things to go play with . i think ill leave the sqishy thing keeping me healed and run out in the middle of them all . yes that would be wise ... or maybe ill just poke my nose in that far corner and do nothing ... yeah thats it."

yeah it got a bit better with the new stop commands , but they still tend to disobey at the most inconvenient times.

*walks off mumbling about idjut dragons*
