Im sure this has been answered before... just havent had the time to do any research on it...

What affect does discording an animal and then taming it have? Like a greater dragon... discord it then tame it while its discorded? Will that lower its max obtainable stats during training?

Thanks in advance!

No effect on tamed stats.

During taming, it will hurt a lot less when the target hits you. Also makes it easier to Peace.

I thought that taming a creature while under paralysis or discord lowers it's skills?

Only para lowers it. not dico.
Has anything changed since this "old" 2yr old thread? Disco doesn't have any effect on the skill levels of the critter once the tame is done?

Nothing's changed that I know of.

If I disco a pet before taming it, I'll just invis or hide afterwards so the disco has worn off before I stable it. But I've never had any problems as a result of disco taming a pet :)
