Talon Bites, could I get some clarification?

I've always had talon bites with no di on them, but I've seen quite a few popping up with damage on them. I looked through the fof and only found where they changed the weapon damage. Am I missing something? Or are they like the bloodwoods where some have and some don't?

If a dev could clear this up for me or if someone has a link to whatever I missed it would be much appreciated.

Talon bites used to have DI on them then in one of the previous patches they removed the DI. So if your lucky enough to have one with DI, you have a pre-patch talon bite.
