Talisman "Owned by..." Problem

Hi,
Anyone heard of this. One character bought a Talisman and it became "Owned by..." that character, which I understand means it is supposed to be blessed to that character.

But he was buying it for another of my characters and when they try to use it, it will NOT stay in place, it falls into the bag.

Does "Owned by..." ALSO mean "Only usable by..." ????

The way to avoid this is to not EQUIP the tali on any char but the one you desire it to be "owned by".

I can understand the frustration ... I have an "owned by" Vermin Slayer ... which means no matter how much I trust someone or really want them to kill that champ faster, I can't lend it out lol
