Tactics?

So i'm trying to train tactics on a golem (i already have archery up to 120) and it didn't go up. So i throw on some jewlry w/ tactics on them. Nada. I drop the archery off the char and start over w/ 50 archery and train archery in hopes that tactics will go up. Zilch. Any idea how i can get tactics to gm quickly?

you need atleast 70 in the skill you are trying to train against a golem. Make sure you have atleast 70 Tactics. Hope this helped.

[/ QUOTE ]he is trying to get tactics up, go to the Yew GY and shoot at the skeltons there. You can also buy skill up to 40 in Haven [tactics quest]

I dont know if golems work for tactics... I know they work for the wep skill and anatomy but i dont think tactics will go up past a certain point...

I trained tactics on rotting corpses... but you could go to magincia and get some arties while you train

I heard that it was 75 tactics on a golem to gain, but i will try all these suggestions, thank you

Have a tamer lore your golem. It might be lopsided in skills making it harder to gain tactics. If it is just make another till the skills are more evenly matched.

golems when they are made are like any critter in that their skills vary.
now that said, the skills they have are directlly dependant upon the tinkers skill that made them.

so, if the tinker that made your golem as only at like 80-90 skill then there is a very high possibility that your golem has a tactics of like 40-50.

hence the reason you are not gaining.

like the mod there said.
get someone to lore it for you... but its not like it matters, cause if your not gaining then its definatlly not at the right level for you.

but you can go all the way to 120 with golems, and if you have golems that are spaced out right you can do it all the way from 0 to 120.

i keep a 50/50 and a 100/100 golem around for just such occasions.
