There are several around Atlantic.
The easy to locate ones are:
Goodman's - North across the wall from the Zento Moongate.
Winterbreeze - North of the Yew Sheep Pen.
Or if you happen to be near the west side of the big lake in Malas, I have a Trammel Set at my home that you are welcome to use.

I went to a crafting repair thing last Sunday at a castle. I was gated in by LLTS members and my repairs were free. But while looking around, I found they have a complete T Map rune library in boxes set to all on the first floor of the center building in the castle. They seemed to have a bunch of other quest runebooks set up too. The guy said they gate people in every Sunday for free repairs but I'm sure any of those members would gate you there at any time.

I have one in my stone keep in fel if you ever want to use it. I would let you. I have people that use it, I made it myself and it follows the maps from stratics and theur numbering exactly.

Anyone know of a big rune library, not just TMaps? I don't have a rune to the Goodmans one either. I run through the Luna area alot.Maybe a rune on a houses steps to a complete library?Guess it might help if I knew more people that get out more than just New Haven and Luna huh?

Winterbreeze is near the sheep pen in Yew, and they have a lot of runes...Cross reference the t-maps to the treasure hunters guide on stratics as well as the ones in Haven are not all available. I have a set I was given and had to remarka few of the runes. Winterbreeze is where I went before I was given the set...

Let me know if you need any Help finding anything at Winterbreeze ... its a bit bare atm i took down the Deco since i am planning to redecorate

Goodmans Rune Library is just 2 houses West of the Moongate in Zento.
You can't miss the GRL on the roof.
Winterbreeze is just outside the sheep pen in Yew.
