[Treasure Hunting] T-Hunting suit revisited...

A number of months ago I posted a request for ideas on a suit for my T-Hunter, I have tried to follow the advice and finally have a suit I think is functional.

So I guess my questions are:
1) What can I improve.
2) Do I replace the +15 Magery on the ring or replace the +15 Magery on the Tome of Lost Knowledge?

I can see advantages in replacing the ToLK as that would open up 2 extra slots (left and right hand) to cap out resistances.

Outside that have I made some glaring error in this suit that I am unaware of.

I don't have any advice for the rest of your post, but

you can use a shield and spellbook at the same time, you don't need to wait until you give up the ToLK to use a shield.

Maybe would consider hat of magi, and imbue a set of armor pieces that put u to the caps.

I am using a set up made from imbued pieces and a helm of insight and an old invasion spellbook.


My total suit gives me the following.

Mana + 60
FC 3
FCR 8
MR 9
LMC 40%
LRC 100%
SDI 25%
DCI 15%

Resist 70's

I am not using a shield at the moment as I use a healing stone but the suit in total cost me 3 mil gpd, it does the job well and backed up with a few potions here and there its rare that I die! (Damn AW's)

if you run resist on your template you wont gat away with the helm of insight but I can vouch for this set up pretty solid siut for a budget spend!

I use a Sorcerer's Armor set on my t hunter, if you have access to 1 it has all you need and it frees up the jewel slots.
