Sword of Prosperity - Number of uses?

Why do some Swords of Prosperity have a number of uses listed, and others don't?

On Siege, anytime you double click on a bladed weapon and click on something it will lose a "use". The same concept goes along with our smith hammers and scissors, everything on Siege will decay with use and eventually break. So be careful when playing around with your weps, as you can break them.

So if one doesn't have a number of uses listed, does that mean it's never been double clicked?

It's not any big deal, unless you're out shearing sheep with your SoP.
