Swing speed charts

I am just wondering where the chart is to figure out how low I can go with dex and still maintain max ssi.

This is the stratics weapons chart. Plug in your numbers suited. Make sure you use your stm where it says dex as some time your stm is higher then your dex and it is the actual factor for swing delay.

Also Ive found numerous reports of this data being old or out of date with some of the weapons but, I havent noticed and alwas seems to be accurate to me. It might be those saying its out of date are using thier dex instead of totla stm for the number plug ins.
