that was the number one best thing about when UO had it's own boards ran by the game company, only people that have accounts can post.

I wasn't referring to the swampie dyers, but replying to another poster's suggestion about tackling other cheating in game.
Though I'm sure there will be a witch hunt against the players who made millions selling dyed swampies, but I'm not involved in that in any way. I tried to warn players not to make or buy these items, but it sure didn't go down well. Now those disgruntled customers might have some choice words for the players who sold them deeds. I'm having nothing to do with it

What's even more interesting is that same vendor has been giving refunds to those that bought those deeds since the announcment was made that they were going to be changed.

i'm fairly sure that is a exploit also, altho it could have come from a Jap. shard for all we know

I used the Sigil dyed items which were done by a glitch...and they allowed it to stay.

Lame. Some players get creative with the items through rules (read: code) you guys implement and because you failed to predict this situation you remove this. Way to squash the creative spirit that was once the heart and soul of UO.
