[Spellweaving] Summon Fey

Anyone know how much spellweaving I need to cast these 100%

I think it is 74.1 as the minimum is 24.1 to cast?
Can anyone correct me on this?

I show the minimum skill is 38. To find the min amount for 100% for Spellweaving you add 37.5 to the minimum. So for Summon Fey/Fiend the min for 100% is 75.5.
