[Spellweaving] Summon Fey Quest in Felucca

I believe this quest is only available in Heartwood. I can find no reference to it in information about the npcs in Sanctuary.
If I remember right when my husband's red wanted to have a full book I swapped my blue char's full book for his and then redid the quest on my blue char.
Someone else may be able to tell you more.

Thank you Petra, I too had exhausted my options before posting. I sort of figured it was a no go for fel. Thank you for the response though
