Summon Fey for Reds?

I like the idea mentioned earlier about making pixies and imps equal in skill and movement. If that happened it wouldn't even matter if you could do the pixie quest. After saying that watch them tone down pixies down to imp quality :/...

I'm confused by the whole Summon Fey and being a Murderer issue... what's so important about this spell anyway? I'd rather use Nature's Fury in most cases, or one of the many other spells available if I have magery/necro or something else. I must be missing the importance because I just don't see this as being a major issue.

Wouldn't it just make more sense to fix it so Imps and Pixies were about equal, but only Murderers could cast Summon Imp and Blues could cast Summon Fey?

summon fey is useful as those little sprites can mana dump (5 of them vs a player can sometimes be obscene), and have much better stats than the imps.

if anything, the devs will probably just fix this to where if you're red, the spell doesn't work anymore. that seems like the easiest fix. i'd prefer the imps to just be equal to the fey for these spell purposes.

Have you ever thought maybe you are going about it the wrong way? Why not ask for imps to be made comparible to pixies.

No. I didn't think of that b/c in my eyes it is not the same.

The point of this thread, as stupidly off course as it got at one point, was that you can have the spell and cast it while blue, GO RED, and still cast it.

But if you are already red, you can not get the ability to use the spell.

That's the issue. It has NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING, to do with IMPS.

Depending on how many counts you have, forged pardons may be an option.

Well, I don't really want to, it's not worth it you're right, but it pisses me off that my mate who had the pixie quest available to him prior to going red can summon them, no fair, i could never enter heartwood.

I never understood why the Summoned Imp doesn't have the same power as the Summoned Fey, except for losing karma when Imp is cast. That would make it simple to fix the issue.
