So anyone know minimum skill for 100% success chance to channel your energy to heal yourself with spiritspeak?

been awhile but i do believe i was gm(100) before i was 100%

I'm pretty sure chance of success equal skill level, capped at 100%. So you need to be at least GM to have 100% success chance, or have jewelry bringing it up to at least a 100.0 level.
