Rachels Runes and the Bookstore both offer books for sale

The runes are to be found in the green Alliance Book at Winterbreeze Libraries and Goodmans Steps.

I've got 5 filled runebook vendors at Mystic Garden.

Currently have four diff SA runebooks for sale.

Library next door has 13 SA books up for now.

Can look for the dark green runes on the ground at most banks/gates or pm me for a rune.
