There are 4 arenas on each shard.
Haven, Occlo, Lost Lands Tram, Lost Lands Fel.
Haven, Occlo, Lost Lands Tram, Lost Lands Fel.
Should be the same on every shard. By the OLD Haven moongate area. Is a small island on the extreme South-East side of the island. You have to walk over a bridge to get to it. Past the farms... and brigand spawn.

For lost lands, which gate is the closest?

I believe it is in the southeast area of the map near the eastern border... but I am not positive. Maybe the passage from the Vesper Cemetery?

Nope. It is just south of the Passage to Minoc.
