Stuffy Animals?

This is kind of weird. On great lakes we have a stuffy mongbat on the 2nd floor of our guild house.

This thing has been there since the gifts came out. It was thrown on the ground to decay because it wasn't wanted.

It is still there. It has never been locked down, we have picked it up, moved it and put it on different tiles but it never decays.

Anyone else seen something similar?

I read the same thing somewhere else. Black rock and a few other things won't decay also.
