Buying Armor Studded Neck or Chest Or Leg 8 LMC, 23+ stats major arty

I am looked for a studded (or bone or hide is fine) piece that is either a gorget, chest or leggings slot. It needs 8 LMC and then 23+ stats such as 8 mana, 8 stamina, 4 dex, 2 int along with at least a few resist slots filled. No one stat is important so if it has 10 mana and 6 stamina with dex and str that is fine as long as the total of all stats is 23 or greater.
