Stuck at 89%

So I had to redownload and reinstall the game today. My updater has spent the past hour and a half updating because it's a huge file download. And right now it's stuck at 89% and has been and is not makin any progress.

Any suggestions?

I don't know, but I've had a problem getting my second sim on all day.
Kept getting stuck at 100%.
Then, I had to reboot the computer, and now I can't the first sim past 100%.

Deleted cache and now deleting usernet files.

Go to tech advice and follow the directions under "stuck at 100%", worked for me.
