yea its still screwed, I would say at the length it is taking to fix the problem they don't make regular backups.

Gawd, Obviously you know nothing of systems administration- as all of the 'real' professionals don't make regular backups resulting in long downtime in the event of an issue.

Maybe stratics paged a UOgm for help in getting the site back up when it first went down , and now they are waiting in the que for assistance.
