Well on Europa there were at least 2 today. The 2nd one was killed around 30 mins ago. He spawned in Hythloth, 1st lvl.

Judging by the stuff lying all over the entrance to Hythloth, I'd say the spawn is still there on Lake Austin. It kinda looks like a blacksmith exploded in there.
