stranger spawn pattern and stratics popularity?

Maybe i shudda split these up but hey.
first bit, is there any way of predicting when and where the strangers appear?
im now back working as a solicitor so cant sit all day with uo.

secondly, stratics popularity?
having to get into strats the long way now its noticeable the numbers viewing, ie now as i post 188 looking at uo stratics and next highest is 16 viewing toontown.
