strange little bug

[Poo]

3 times in the last week ive had this happen.

ive recalled into the yew bank roof.
ill run over to the tele pad that takes you down to the ground
ill appear out front of the abby and ill start to run in, and about half way down the hall all of a sudden im off my horse and on foot and my horse is gone.

at first i thought my horse disappeared, but its just the horse graphic that is missing.
i still move a mounted speed, my mount still shows in my control slots and on my wifes computer i still show as being on my horse.

its just on my computer it dosnt show my horse.

its like i hit the telepad and outrun the graphic or something.
server sync problem or something?

never had it happen till the last couple patches.

thought id mention it and see if anyone else has had this issue.

Try opening your paperdoll (alt+p).
That fixes a lot of sync problems, if it is one.

For me it's usually someone else that I see running at mounted speed without a mount. Then they run off screen and back and then I can see their mount.

i have this bug alot - in my case i am a gargoyle.
when i use the crystal teleporter to brit mint for a +6 focus i am most times off by 1 square.
also sometimes i might not see other people. i have 2 clients and my other client (elf) has no issues. with my other client i see people and where my gargoyle really is.
i also get this to happen to me sometimes in abyss or underworld.
in underworld it is mostly in the top left section where the goblins are.

For me it's usually someone else that I see running at mounted speed without a mount. Then they run off screen and back and then I can see their mount.

Reminds me a little of what I see in Fan Dancer Mojo now and then. I leave a Ronin behind and then it comes back on-screen and.... it looks naked except for its underwear. Make it pass off and on the screen again and it's clothes will be visible again.
