Strange Items its rare? How much it goes for?

I found both on an IDOC, today

Smith hammer looks like just a normal hammer thats been val enhanced. Bardachi (it looks kinda yellow in picture, but i cant really tell) - if its paragon gold it was probably dyed before a patch made it so you could only dye stuff with majical properties with pigments of tokuna, if its plain yellow probably just natural dye.

The hammer was probably made for the "i forgot it should say runic" scam.
