Looking to purchase Tram Stone Keep in a nice location near water and low spawn.

Will buy with in-game gold. Or, if you enjoy Fel, we can negotiate a deal with a combination of gold and a Fel Stone Keep: I have a Fel Keep in an excellent location very low/minor spawn (occasional Gargoyle or Corpser) next to water and mountains near Ice Dungeon (not to be confused with Ice Island).
