BYO dye? Unless I'm missing it in the pictures, I think having a usable dye set near the tubs would make this truly functional.

The NPC steward standing next to the door responds to "Dyes" and will drop a set in your pack.



The tailor shop is located in the North Harbor "Player's Quarter" which will soon have a public rune library, public Davies, repair bench, and the dyehouse. We've been sort of working on it for a "big reveal" as one complete area, but will soon have announcements and directions in public places on Stratics and UO.com forums

The North Harbor Town Banner just south of the dyehouse can be used as a moongate to return to towns, just double click the North Harbor Township Charter on the pedestal:
