Demon Statue (We Are Watching You! Corporal Beware)

Wasn't this located at the Guard Tower next to the bank in East Britain? I sorta remember it was on the 2nd floor. The Town Guard never had a home until he built the Barracks near the Brit moongate and I don't remember the statue being there. Anyone remember this differently?

If this was the way I remember it then most likely it was removed long ago when all the wonderful things from that time period were removed. History vanished into thin air. The poof of the pixels. Such stuff are dreams made of.
