Stealing in animal form

Can you steal in animal form? I was once a thief 6+ years ago...thinking about making another one to harrass people at spawns and steal their scrolls and what not. Wasn't sure if you could steal in animal form... thanks =)

As a side note, you can't use animal form while in disguise. That sucks.

Are you for real? That blows...disguise kit rocks. That's really sad that you can't do both... sucks the minor things they don't allow. I also miss being able to Incognito and change my skin color with polymorph.
