Stealing Doom Arties

Anyone on here do this?

I mean, if you can get an inquisitors then your quids in, and I see they spawn once a month?

If something spawns, does it time out if no one steals it after a while?

How plausible is getting a hold of some arties after a trip to doom on one of the quieter shards?

Not sure about the quieter shards, but on GL the Inquisitor's would more than likely barely see the light of day before it is in someones pouch. All the others it is basically if you get lucky to walk past at the right moment.
