Wrong, that item came from the Japanese/Asian "we created food" Event. There were four items you could get , the "we created food" shirt, The statue of Finnigan, the " a low quality Finnigan's hat" and a big muffin. There was no quest involved in obtaining the items.

"Quest thing" - "Event", not too much of a difference. Happened a good while back and doesn't sell for much.

Thanks for being a bit more elaborate than I was though.
