STAT Caps?!?!

Ok.. I know the stat cap is 150 and the hp inc cap is 25, etc.

Look at this from someone's screenshot...

You can't tell me something isn't right here... the weight.. look at the base dmg, and they are holding a fricken bokuto.

But the cap is 150, potions, items, whatever, won't take you past 150.

So I suspect that's someone from a free shard that hasn't actioned the Cap, and therefore the various arties, buffs and EP potions available have given them that number.

Which, I suppose is, why OSI put the cap on in the first place.

If it's production, then that there is some filthy evil dirty cheat.

I have a feeling the screen shot was posted with a copy and pasted tool bar from a free server for personal reasons. Im sure it was to see how many people would go into a tizzy. This is just my opinion...

kinda reminds me of the bug they had with the stat maxing Mistletoe in brit a few years ago. standin under it with another character and saying Kiss would give you 150 in one stat, was some kind of bug where ya could get 150 every stat for a while. but it didnt go over 150.
id love to see dex over 150, would be like a woodchipper when ya swing

thats gotta be photoshop'd and/or from free shard or some rare bug/exploit

I can't remember if Str was hard capped at some point or if it was always in there from the off, but perhaps Str was hard capped after HP was and thats from the time inbetween? (Just thinking as it has the right HP for exactly 25 HP Inc for that amount of Str.)

screenshot was probably taken before stats were capped, pretty sure u used to be able to go past 200 with all stat increase stuff and chugging a pot ontop of it

You can get higher stats past stat caps with barding buffs. It comes from the Provocation mastery. Here is a short thread from the bards forum:
