It turns out the mage weapon I was looking for runs about 10mil which is triple my budget. I am wondering if I can get a staff of the magi or a swords of prosperity for under 3 mil? Does anyone happen to know the going rate?

you could try a little farming in shame/covetous/wrong. you may get a good mage weapon there.

I have found some -20 mage weps. Is it possible to loot a -15?

Might be harder to find one without the FC -1 though.

i have not seen one, but then i have not farmed them regularly either. that being said, i cannot imagine they would not be a possibility since all mods seem to go over the limits of what's possible, in the re-vamp dungeons.

you can loot -15mw, but it is tough to find one that is SC with 0FC as Tjalle said. Though you can imbue these items if there is space left.
