Curious what people think about Queen Dawn, and her death. I really hated Ors, he seemed so pointless, but I guess his purpose ended up being to kill the Queen. But now that Dawn is gone, who steps in as leader? Anyway, I am writing this thread after attending an event on Europa, and other shards may go different ways, not sure, just thought it was interesting they chose to kill Queen Dawn. I can't wait to see how the peeps who really follow the fiction will take it, hehe ... for me, it was kind of shocking.

I personally hope Dupre becomes the leader now. Given he was quite fond of her when he met her in Lord Blackthorn's Revenge, it's quite fitting that a strong paladin take the throne and get us some retribution!

If they haven't had this yet where you are, be aware that SAMPIRES ARE NOT WELCOME. Attempting to leech life from one damages you, and they have some blue AOE crap going on around them.

Tamers, archers, etc are all welcome to participate, but Sampires aren't allowed.

I have seen dexers doing fine, in groups and solo. I know of one dexer who claims to have soloed one and I believe him. I saw another who was doing well but I left before he finished. The one who claimed to have soloed one was a sampire but I'd imagine he just didn't fight it in Vamp form. I am told by several that Counter-Attack is useful.

I am confident that a non-Bushido dexer (if there are any left besides me) could do well with one, but you would have to be a more skilled player than I.

Though they may technically be solo-able, they are clearly meant for groups.

Atlantic for just normal play and Catskills for roleplaying.I have tried Europa RP and while the rp there is great,the severe equipment and template limitations are a negative to me.

Great Lakes had an EM character (Minister of Security Magnus Grey, who pledged resistance to Virtuebane, and revenge) and Dasha.

The end was very disappointing - when the guard sent us off to Ver Lor Reg, quite a few of us got to the stonecrafters shop and we couldn't see the tombstone because of somebody's dragon. When it finally was uncovered, it disappeared just like that, so some people weren't able to get the statues, which may or may not be required for the next step.

Overall it was a good event. The statue is cool. It's unfortunate that somebody managed to stop some from getting it by hiding the tombstone, but oh well.

When an item is covered you can usually use object handles (ctrl + shift) to get the handle of the item, then double click that. Object handles are best used in conjunction with a Last Object macro, in case, when you dbl-click the object handle, you are "out of reach." Once you receive the out of reach message, you can then use the last object macro until you get the desired effect.

For corpses, you can also use an All Names macro, then double click the corpse name and use your last object macro. If the corpse is on top of other corpses, or below other corpses, sometimes it's best to use the last object macro a few times to see if additional corpses pop up, because the first corpse might not be the correct one.

I'd guess so, since the EMs and Devs seem to be using 'masks' like the Halloween ones to transform into other creatures - on Europa, if you double-click 'looked at' Virtuebane (at least in Classic Client) you saw the paperdoll for Dawn holding a Virtuebane mask
