While poking about Inside UO I didn't see anything New on the Halloween front...

That's not to say it isn't coming as we were told there will be another publish coming shortly with the new arc content and our Anniversary Gifts.

Though I'm hoping they do a giant bug squash as well since the new publish and Booster of course brought dozens more bugs...
