Hey Myers, I'm not really good with pricing but I'm going to say this is worth a maximum of about 5mil, reasons behind this is it being a lance, which is slow and the other mods intensity is way too low, hope this helps.

agreed. its really not worth much, in general any weapon with higher than 3 swing rate isnt really usable unless it has a high amount of swing speed.
