[BUG] Spell trigger only targeting self

If you use ec client and have myst please test this.

Ive tried casting bombard and eagle strike off my spell trigger and it either tells me i have to wait or it targets myself regardless of what i have it set to (cursor/current).

Cleansing winds is working fine off trigger and will cast where i tell it to.
