If i have spell damage increase items that increase as a percentage of spell damage, is the % increase based on GM eval, or the current scrolled level of eval?
Similar for inscription - if inscription gives a 10% bonus to SDI, is that basically the same amount of damage increase for GM eval as it is for 110 or 120 eval?
For example suppose a base 10 damage spell (ignoring resists for illustration)
and a base damage spell of 30 - both at GM eval -
if my char adds 110 eval, 115 eval, 120 eval, GM inscription, how would the damage of these base damage spells increase?
Where does SDI % increase get calculated in - is it from a base eval, or combined with the eval % increase from scrolling?
I guess for example, with the 15% SDI cap, is scrolled eval bonuses counted towards that cap, or is actual eval level set as the base, and the 15% cap goes on top, plus inscription bonus?
