Mobiles Speed Bugged Pets

Lots of people have speed bugged tamed pets that move at far above normal speeds. Is there anything in the works to refresh pet speeds?

I'm pretty sure these are pets that are remnant of a previous pet bug which included server jumping to lock pets speed at high speeds. I don't think you can duplicate it now, but the "pre patch" versions are still out there.
